What counts as an "interview"?

One interview = one structured voice session with one SME. Sessions typically run 30–90 minutes. There is no limit on the length of a single session, or on how many documents it generates.

What happens at the end of my trial?

Your documents and captured knowledge are preserved. You'll be prompted to select a paid plan. If you choose not to upgrade, your account moves to read-only mode — no data is deleted for 90 days.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No penalties or fees.

Do you offer annual billing?
